Errandelle & Co. is committed to providing premier concierge services with excellence and professionalism. By purchasing any service from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Errandelle & Co. does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, a decision not to continue, failure to complete intake forms, scheduling conflicts, financial hardship, or a belief that services have not yet started.

Work begins internally upon receipt of payment, including administrative setup, resource allocation, scheduling, and access to digital materials. Because of this, all payments are non-refundable.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of concierge services, service packages, memberships, digital products, and programs are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once payment is processed, regardless of usage, access, or participation level.

Digital Products and Online Access

All digital products, downloads, recordings, and platform access are final sale. Once access is granted or a secure invitation is issued, the product or service is considered delivered.

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds. If you experience difficulty accessing a product or service, please contact us for support at [email protected].

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, all scheduled payments must be completed in full and on time. Missed or failed payments may result in immediate suspension of services and the remaining balance becoming due. Payment plans are not paused, restructured, or canceled once initiated.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for completing required intake forms, scheduling appointments, and remaining responsive throughout the service period. Delays caused by client inaction do not qualify for refunds or timeline adjustments.

Disputed Transactions

Errandelle & Co. does not honor chargebacks or disputed transactions. By completing a purchase, you agree not to dispute charges with your financial institution. Any disputes will be contested in accordance with this policy.

We encourage clients to contact us directly with questions or concerns so we can address them promptly and professionally.
